u        Specific Features

n      Approval & Free Power:

All models get CE approval. Operate on any voltage from AC 85~265V at 50/60Hz.
DC 24V is also available (optional function)

n      Water/ Dust Proof (Optional):

Front panel conformed to IP65 Water/Dust proof level. This function had been tested and authorized
by third country’s laboratory.

n       Heater Break Alarm (HBA):

Heater current through CT can be displayed on controller.
Using this function to inspect HEATER current and protect HEATER in advance.

n      MODBUS Communication:

Support both MODBUS RTU and MODBUS ASCII protocol.

n      Auto-tuning (AT):

AT Function can calculate the optimize PID value for system control.

n      AUTO and MANUAL mode:

Output mode can be switched between AUTO and MANUAL mode by front key operation.
It is useful for output simulation.

n      Various Indication Lamps:

Real time monitor the status of output (OUT1/OUT2), AT, alarm (AL1/AL2/AL3), manual output (MAN) and program(PRO)

n      Bar-Graph:

Output percentages displayed on the bar-graph in 10 LED’s resolution.

All parameters are separated in 3 operation levels.
Each parameter can be hidden or locked to prevent unauthorized changes

n      Digital PV Filter:

It can be applied to adjust PV display time to prevent PV changed rapidly due to external noise.

n      Transmission (TRS) Output (Optional) :

TRS output value is correspond to PV or SV display value
Various output type for selection include DC 4~20mA, 0~20mA, 0~5V, 0~10V,1~5V, 2~10V.
It can be used with external temperature recorder or external large display

n      Remote SV (Optional):

SV in FY controller can be remote by external analog signal from PLC or other controllers

n      RS232/RS485 Communication (Optional):

FY controllers support “Modbus” communication protocol.
It’s easy for using FY controllers to communicate with various HMI and PLC.
RS232 or RS485 communication interface are available by custom selection.
Up to 32 controllers can be connected together in RS485 communication and max wiring length is

1200m.

n      TTL Communication (Optional):

Up to 10 controllers can be linked together in TTL communication network.
The SV of slave controllers will be remote by master controller and reached to max value at the same time.

2 sets; each set has 8 segments programmable control available. (Option)
Link 2 sets pattern together as 16 segments in ramp/soak program.

Available for 2 sets of control output (HEAT/COOL control)
The standard control output types include Relay,

SSR Drive, Linear Output (mA,V).
OUT1 can be used as HEAT control (reverse action) or COOL control (direct action).
OUT1 + OUT2 is suitable for HEAT/COOL control.
Advanced control output include Three wire motor valve control (Optional) and SCR/TRIC Trigger (Optional).

n      Control Algorithm:

PID and FUZZY control modes are available through operation board for compatible of different loading.

n      Fuzzy Logic:

Built in Fuzzy Logic suppress the overshoot due to SV changes or external disturbance.

n      Limit Setting

Built in output limit function to get different gradient output and set limit for output.

u        Alarm Functions

n      Alarm Outputs:

Maximum with 3 sets of Alarm output
Totally 17 types of alarm modes for selection.
Options for heater break detection,.
1 unit of CT (Current Transformer) is included in this option.

n      Delay Time:

To avoid alarm acts frequently or to acts due to external disturbance.

n      Hold Function:

To avoid alarm acts at start-up. The alarm action is suppressed at start-up until PV enters the non-alarm range.
